Terms of Service

These terms govern use of WASL, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY REQUIRED]. Liability and governing-law sections are pending legal review.

  1. Service. A live, interactive Qur’an learning platform.
  2. Accounts. You are responsible for your credentials and activity.
  3. Academies/teachers. Responsible for a lawful basis to add students/guardians and for data accuracy; act as controller where applicable.
  4. Parents. Responsible for information about their child and exercising the child’s rights.
  5. Child accounts. Student profiles are private; adult supervision applies.
  6. Acceptable use. No unlawful, harmful, or infringing use; no accessing other tenants’ or students’ data.
  7. Classroom. For teaching; recording is not provided.
  8. Content. Qur’an text via the Tanzil Project under its terms with attribution; Qaida provenance documented in the repository.
  9. Subscriptions. Billing is not currently integrated.
  10. Availability. Reasonable-efforts basis.
  11. Suspension/termination. For misuse or legal reasons.
